You have referred to permissions needed for
the shoot via contacting local councils. You have explained in some detail
the requirements and sources for your short film and why they are necessary
with some comments on how you would organise and source this. Though
inconsistent and knowledge or who to contact, how much and where to get from
is not as detailed for D
To secure the higher M:

Copyright and PRS for music

PROOF READ your work before you
submit for a formal assessment:
"web serials can be funded
by kick starters" - you are not making a webisode -
" the availability of
personals"
"if the product is not
released on time then it will cause the audience to be upset" - no it
will result in your getting sued if you have no insurance and getting a bad
reputation
For M
*discuss the ACTUAL
responsibilities/Job by looking at the skillset.com material i gave you and
then discuss why you gave these roles to your crew based on their SKILLS
*BBFC not discussed in terms of
regulation and what certificate under "codes of practice"
*Liability insurance and
Shooting Licences not discussed under "codes of practice" on any
companies named
*Location Recee procedure not
discussed
*Creating schedules and why and
what needs to be planned not discussed under Time - preproduction task,
production shoot tasks, and post tasks all need scheduling - as production
manager this is your job
*check spelling and incorrect
words and ensure all fonts and text is presentable

to
secure the M: refer to the BBFC also with what you found out about regulation
To
improve to D:
However this is
inconsistent for a D, the detail during the second half is unsustained at
times and resort to just definitions. How much does the rate card suggest you
would spend on just employing crew? how many hours are they allowed to work
before overtime? How does this impact on your schedule? There is confusion
over the terms pre/production and post - the latter 2 are incorrectly
defined. you also need to include who would the copyright and clearance be
handled by = which company PRS for example

Still lots of spelling and grammar mistakes
here which will restrict the grade. These would be detected with a spell
checker.
You have explained your requirements for your film
and have included some detail and some reference to professional procedures
particularly in schedules. If you discussed how you will source these in a
professional way (ie which agencies, insurance, websites, where you hire your
kit from) to access the higher.
To secure the M:
*"this can result in people losing their
property and ending up homeless..." - ???
*who is responsible for Film Regulation in the
UIK?
*You need to refer to how you will organise
your locations - contacting film office at the council to get shooting
licences, health and safety risk assessments, Liability Insurance
*what are the ACTUAL jobs required by your
crew roles - what do they do, what skills do they need and why have you
picked your team?
*What websites and agencies would find actors
and crew on? Locations?
