Production Meetings for groups NYA on preproduction

For a Pass (minimum)

1. Shooting Script - not just script
2. Storyboard
3. Risk Assessment (purposeful and detail)
4. Shooting Schedule

The following Producers have met with me today to update on progress. I am leaving the building at 2:10.

• Micheal (*Tamaira no storyboard NYA, Script is poor and P)
• Deniesha 
• Ashley 
• Dan S' group (had already completed)
• Maya (*Rosie no storyboard leading to NYA, Ese No Risk Assessment leading to NYA)
• Roopa (*Tommy no storyboard leading to NYA, No schedule?)

The following teams have not attended a meeting and will therefore have no support in meeting deadline on Friday. • Dan T (*Kiera no storyboard leading to NYA, No Risk Assessment, etc)

If the outstanding work is not completed the *individual students responsible will be sacked from the group and will complete their Pre-production from scratch alone.

There are other individuals that will be held to account for the other 4 tasks that are required for a P, unfortunately as we have not met with the Producer they are unknown currently. The same consequence will apply to them if the group fails to get a P by Friday 11th 5pm.
